Thank you for shopping with Thanks A Knot. Each item is carefully prepared with attention to detail, and many pieces are handmade or made to order.


PROCESSING TIMES
Processing times vary depending on the item.

Made-to-order items ship within 7–10 business days.
Ready-to-ship items ship within 3–5 business days.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

During periods of high order volume or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.


SHIPPING TIMES
Shipping times vary based on your location and the carrier.

Once your order has shipped, delivery times are determined by the shipping provider and are outside of our control.


SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.


ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.


INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
We are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.

If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.


DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
