RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your purchase. Because our items are handmade and often made to order, we encourage you to review product details and photos carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to help.
RETURNS
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
Certain items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Final sale items include:
- Custom or personalized items
- Made-to-order items
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Clearance or discounted items
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that these items are final sale.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will either send a replacement or issue a full refund if a replacement is not available.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that time, materials and production may already be in progress.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
